Our Service for you
If you are traveling by train or plane, we can organize an airport transfer, train station transfer or rental car service by arrangement. Prices are available on request.
We also offer you the option of having your fridge filled before your arrival – for a relaxed journey without the stress of shopping.
On-site support
… starts 3 days before your arrival. Please contact the local caretaker (German/Italian) to arrange your arrival time and meeting place.
On the day of your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our German-speaking property manager and introduced to the premises. You will leave a deposit with them, which will be returned to you on departure without complaint. You will coordinate the departure formalities individually with our on-site support team.
The garden and pool are maintained by the service team. The service staff also have access to the property during your vacation.
